Matthew Missimer joined Northwestern Mutual as a College Intern during his Sophomore year at St. Joseph's University. Through his internship experience he realized his passion for the insurance and financial services industry and upon graduation joined Northwestern Mutual full time in July of 2008. After becoming a full time Financial Representative with the company Matthew took on the role of the College Unit Director, leading the internship program by mentoring and training college interns. After growing the college internship program through leadership and recruiting Matthew realized his ability to mentor financial representatives and became a Growth & Development Director in 2016. In this role he is responsible for helping new Financial Representatives begin their careers and coach them to become highly qualified Financial Advisors. 

As a Wealth Management Advisor, Matthew strives to exceed the expectations of his clients through his hard work and dedication to his career. By continuing his education and receiving credentials for his CFP®, CLU®,ChFC®, and CASL®, he continues to advance his understanding of the business and different ways in which he can help his clients create financial security through protection and growth of wealth for their families and their businesses.
